Spring has Sprung!
Or at least it has for us in the heart of the Boyne Valley (I even fell asleep in the garden yesterday afternoon and didn’t know where I was when I woke up!)
Anyway with the brighter days and lifting moods as winter fades away I wanted to be nice and offer you a free gift.
If you have thought about bringing somebody in to advise on strategy, fundraising, messaging, team structure etc but aren’t sure if it would be a good idea. Or are terrified about running up a huge bill. Then how about this. You can have a free session. No expectation. No obligation. No trying to convince you to go any further.
You simply book an hour long slot on our website and you can bring any questions, problems or issues along and I’ll do my best to give you some advice. It can be 1:1 or you can have a couple of your team log on too.
Of course I can’t promise to solve all your problems in one session but sometimes a pair of outside eyes and some insights from somebody who has been there before can be enough to help you overcome an obstacle.
Or you might decide you’d like to keep talking over further sessions and we can arrange to do that.
The same with coaching. I get so many people saying that they think they’d like to have a coach or mentor but are afraid to try it in case it feel weird, or its too expensive or maybe they won’t get anything out of it.
Well maybe you’re right. Maybe it isn’t for you or maybe it could be exactly what you need to help you develop your management skills, grow in your career or help adjust to a new role. You won’t know until you try.
So go on the the website and book a first session for FREE. If you like it and you want to continue - great. If not. No problem we’ll have a good conversation and we’ll leave it at that.
