The Fundraising Leadership Collective
The Fundraising Leadership Collective is a new programme from Academy Street Workshop for CEOs, EDs and Senior Leaders who have overall responsibility for fundraising within their organisation but who do not have previous professional fundraising experience. Specifically designed to leaders within small and medium sized organisations this programme will help you get a deeper grasp of fundraising as you learn from a leading fundraising educator and each other.
Through a series of individual and group coaching sessions you will:
-
Discover the key components of a high-achieving fundraising programme.
-
Realise strategies for fundraising success within your organisation.
-
Connect with your peers in the sector, leaders who create impact.
If you would like to increase your fundraising knowledge to ensure your organisation can continue to deliver its core services and build your own peer network of leaders who are understand and are facing the same challenges then the Fundraising Leadership Collective is the programme for you.
Structure
The Fundraising Leadership Collective is comprised of 4 to 7 non profit leaders and your Programme Lead.
The Programme runs for 6 months and will comprise of:
-
Monthly group conference calls with each session on a specific topic;
-
Monthly individual sessions to work through your own challenges while growing your skillset as an effective fundraising leader;
-
A peer-to-peer collective approach where members will learn from each others experiences and challenges.
-
An onsite visit by the programme lead to review the operations of your fundraising department and review opportunities to increase efficiency, donor care, team effectiveness.
